<p><strong><span style="color: #ff0000;">Provided Youth Development activities serving over 1,000 young people</span></strong> through programs such as IAMR (The Institute), a youth leadership and personal development project; JAG, a school based employment enhancement program; and Camp HOPE, a Free Summer Camp for youth ages 5-14 in Hampton County.</p>

		<description><![CDATA[ACCESS was founded in 1987 in response to the growing HIV/AIDS epidemic.  In the mid 1990s the focus of ACCESS client service changed from addressing end of life issues to helping people who are affected by HIV/AIDS live with the disease. ]]></description>
				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>ACCESS was founded in 1987 in response to the growing HIV/AIDS epidemic.  In the mid 1990s the focus of ACCESS client service changed from addressing end of life issues to helping people who are affected by HIV/AIDS live with the disease.  ACCESS offers assistance with long term medical care, FREE confidential HIV Testing and Counseling, Group &amp; Individual support programs, education and prevention, and nutrition programs.  HIV and AIDS are still problems nationwide and while our focus has changed it is still our goal to help those affected by HIV/AIDS.  Learn more here.</p>
